Encoders and tilt sensors SICK ATM90 SSI, EcoLine, etc.

Absolute encoders provide information about the position, angle and number of revolutions in specific angular steps. Each angular step (position) is assigned its own unique digital code. The number of unique digital codes per revolution determines the resolution of the encoder within a revolution.

Encoders with a cable drum combine a cable mechanism and encoders. The rotation of the drum, proportional to the length, is recorded and issued by the encoder. This allows positioning on linear measuring sections.
Roller encoders. Measuring wheel systems are measuring systems that determine linear movements using a wheel and convert this data into velocity or position values. The system does not require a base point on the measured surface.

Linear encoders contactlessly register linear movements as an absolute positional value. The encoder, which is not subject to wear and does not require maintenance, does not require adjustment by base coordinates.
Reliable DFS60S Pro encoders help with the implementation of safety functions, that is, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machines.
Incremental encoders are used to determine the position of the shaft, speed, angular velocity. The resolution is determined by the number of strokes or pulses per revolution that the encoder transmits to the control system for each revolution.

Tilt sensors measure the angle of inclination of an object relative to the gravity vector in a non-contact way. Thanks to the use of capacitive MEMS technology, tilt sensors are characterized by very high accuracy and at the same time extremely durable.
